BookingBoom.com is a travel agent which acts as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel related services and accepting travel reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by BookingBoom.com. We arrange travel services and sell travel related products on behalf of suppliers such as airlines, tour and cruise operators, car hirers and accommodation providers. In doing so, BookingBoom.com gives no warranty nor makes any representation regarding the services to be supplied or the products purchased by you. Your booking will be subject to the terms and conditions applied by the provider of the service or products. You agree that if the travel services or products are not supplied in accordance with your booking your remedy lies with the service provider and not BookingBoom.com.

BookingBoom.com, its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and assigns does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip, including, for example, lodging facilities, transportation companies, local ground handlers, tour operators, food service or entertainment providers, etc. As a result, BookingBoom.com is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person, or of any other third party not under its control. Without limiting the foregoing, BookingBoom.com accepts no responsibility for any risk or resulting injury, delay, inconvenience, damage, or death which results from criminal activity, weather or other acts of God, accidents, disease, epidemics or the threat thereof, illness, the provision of inappropriate or no medical attention or the lack of access to same, the demands of indoor or outdoor activities, strikes, political or civil unrest, overbooking, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, acts of terrorism or the threat thereof, insurrection or revolt, or any other event beyond its direct control. In addition, BookingBoom.com is not responsible for typographical or substantive errors in descriptions of hotels or programs.

BookingBoom.com displays information about travel locations, airfares, travel agents locations, flight times and dates, tours, packages, insurance, cruises, transportation, foreign currency, schedules, travel companies and many other things. This information is supplied to us by third party providers; such are airlines, hotels and transportation suppliers ("Service Provider"). We have taken reasonable care to ensure it is correct and up to date; however we cannot check the accuracy of such information. Many of the services which made up your travel booking are provided by Service Providers. The Service Provider provides these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. We accept no responsibility for information supplied to us by Service Providers. We recommend you confirm all information contained on or linked from our Website with the Service Provider. The details of the prices, packages, tours, flights and other information displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. The travel products and services described on the Website are subject to availability. It should be noted that all documents issued to travelers are non-transferable. Such documents may include but are not limited to, airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document used to confirm an arrangement with a Service Provider. Such documents may also be subject to conditions such as, but not limited to, being non-refundable, non-date-changeable and subject to cancellation or amendment fees. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with these conditions. If for any reason, any Service Provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against that Service Provider, and not against us. In the event we received payment by Credit Card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback or recover your payment or any other losses from us. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases BookingBoom.com from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel as well as all information on the reservation. BookingBoom.com shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations or personal dissatisfaction with the travel arrangements provided.

PRICES

Every effort is made to ensure that the prices quoted to you are correct; however BookingBoom.com acts only as an agent and relies on information provided to us from the suppliers of the travel services and products. We will bring to your attention any change in price made prior to you completing your booking and paying the balance of the price. Please note, some tour operators and travel service providers reserve the right to increase the price of your travel arrangements due to increases in airfares, hotel accommodation charges and currency fluctuations. We make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment due to an increase in the cost for one of more of the travel components of your package. Prices will not increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes, fuel or fees. In addition to the prices set out in the Website, you may be required to pay other charges payable on the room, air, tour or car rental. The total amount of taxes, charges, and fees will vary based on your itinerary and flight routing.

Please be aware that all prices listed on this Website are for online purchases only and may not be matched by any other corporately owned retail and corporate location of FC USA Inc or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Similarly, this Website will not match or beat any price of the same or similar booking from any corporately owned retail and corporate location of FC USA Inc.

TICKETS AND TIMINGS

All reference to departure times on our Websites are for your guidance and are subject by amendment by the wholesalers and/or suppliers prior to actual booking. It isn't until full payment has been made and you are ticketed that the departure times are set. You must check your itinerary on each stage of the completion of the booking to ensure that you have the correct flight times. It is possible that changes that flight times will change even after tickets have been issued; in such cases you will be advised of prior to departure, provided the personal information you provided us is correct and up to date.

BAGGAGE FEES

Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is highly suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up to date fees and information. BookingBoom.com is not responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. Please be aware, baggage fees are not part of an All Inclusive package. For your reference and convenience please review “Updated Checked Bag and Carry on Bag Rules” at www. TSA.gov.

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

On occasion, airlines change flight schedules and may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond BookingBoom.com’s control. In the event that such a situation should occur, BookingBoom.com will do its best to accommodate you with finding the next best flight option(s). If the flight change is minor, the airline will automatically make the changes. BookingBoom.com will notify you of any major changes to your flight. If any additional costs are to be paid to re-book your flight should the airline cancel or make major changes to your original itinerary, BookingBoom.com will not be responsible for those additional costs or fees imposed. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last minute airline flight time changes within 24 hours of departure. BookingBoom.com is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of original flight departure time.

RECONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS

BookingBoom.com advises you personally re-confirm your flight schedule within 24 hours prior to departure directly with the airline in case of any last minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check in online 24 hours prior to departure.

CANCELLATION FEES

If you cancel your booking you may incur a cancellation charge. The amount of this charge will vary depending on when the cancellation is made and the terms and conditions of the supplier of travel services or product. If you are entitled to a refund please note BookingBoom.com is unable to provide you with funds until they are received from the supplier. BookingBoom.com will charge a cancellation fee of $50/person in addition to any penalties assessed by the travel supplier that will be charged to travelers credit card.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

BookingBoom.com strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Should you have any special requests, you must advise us at the time of the booking and clearly note it on booking. We will endeavor to pass any reasonable requests to the Service Provider; however, we regret that we cannot guarantee that your special request will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request does not signify a breach of contract on our part.

YOUR RESORT CHECK IN

Check-in time at most resorts is 3:00pm (local time). If you arrive prior to 3:00 p.m. your room may not be ready. The resort will store your luggage in a secure location on property so you may start enjoying your vacation without delay. To inquire your resort check-in time feel free to contact us prior to your trip.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Credit card surcharges may apply to payments made by credit card. In the event you pay by credit card but the services are not provided by a third party provider of travel services or products you agree that you will not take steps to charge back your payment to BookingBoom.com

PRIVACY POLICY

BookingBoom.com retains only that information which you voluntarily give.

Your personal information is only for the purpose of responding to and processing your travel request.

Your personal information will only be shared with authorized suppliers that perform specific functions on our behalf as required by you.
